Overview
Native Stripe integration brings full payment visibility into KamoCRM. Customer payment methods, subscription status, one-time charges, invoicing, failed payment recovery, and dispute handling all surface on the CRM contact record. Sales, CS, and support teams see billing state without switching to the Stripe dashboard. Bidirectional sync means CRM-initiated subscriptions create in Stripe; Stripe payment events update CRM records.
Common use cases
Subscription billing visibility
See customer subscription plan, MRR, next invoice date, and payment method on every customer record. CS teams can spot at-risk billing before renewal.
One-time payment collection
Send a payment link from a deal or invoice directly via Stripe; customer pays and the payment logs to the CRM automatically.
Failed payment recovery
Failed payment events trigger CRM workflows: notify account owner, route to collections queue, email customer with update-card link.
Dispute and chargeback handling
Chargebacks surface as high-priority tickets with the full transaction context for rapid response.
Dunning campaign automation
Multi-step dunning sequences for past-due accounts with Stripe Smart Retries for card expiration recovery.
