Any RingCentral tier with API access. Essentials, Standard, Premium, and Ultimate all support the integration. Call recording availability depends on your RingCentral plan.
Can we record calls?
Call recording flows through RingCentral's native recording capability. Recordings can be referenced or attached to the CRM contact record per your plan.
Does it work with RingEX (new brand)?
Yes. RingCentral's rebrand to RingEX doesn't change the API integration — existing accounts work without reconfiguration.
What about voicemail transcription?
RingCentral's native voicemail and transcription flow into the contact record when calls log. Enhanced transcription is a RingCentral-side feature; KamoCRM surfaces what's available from their API.
Can we bulk-migrate call history?
Historical call logs can be bulk-imported via the RingCentral API. Configured during the initial sync setup.
