Overview
Connect on-premises Microsoft Exchange (or hybrid Exchange) to KamoCRM via Exchange Web Services (EWS). Emails with known contacts log to the contact record. Distinct from the Microsoft 365 integration, which handles Exchange Online through Graph API — this one is for organizations running Exchange on their own servers.

On-premises Exchange deployments
Organizations with compliance or data-residency requirements running Exchange Server 2016/2019/2022 on their own infrastructure.
Hybrid Exchange (on-prem + M365)
Hybrid configurations where mailboxes span on-premises and cloud. KamoCRM connects to whichever side hosts the mailbox.
Government / regulated environments
Air-gapped or sovereign-cloud deployments that can't use Exchange Online.
Setup
- 1Navigate to Settings → Email → Provider in KamoCRM
- 2Select Microsoft Exchange as the provider
- 3Enter your EWS endpoint URL (typically https://mail.yourdomain.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx)
- 4Provide service account credentials with EWS Impersonation rights
- 5Select mailboxes to sync
- 6Test the connection
