Overview

Full Microsoft 365 integration: Outlook email two-way sync, Microsoft Calendar booking and availability, OneDrive and SharePoint file attachments on CRM records, and Entra ID (Azure AD) SSO. Setup

  4. 4Configure email sync scope and rules
  5. 5Set up SharePoint site mapping for file attachments

Questions about Microsoft 365

Is this different from the Teams integration?
The Microsoft 365 integration covers Outlook, Calendar, OneDrive, SharePoint, and SSO. The Teams integration covers Teams-specific features (channels, chat notifications, calling). Both can be enabled together.
What Microsoft 365 tier is required?
Business Basic or higher for core features. SharePoint integration requires Business Standard+. Teams Phone integration requires a Teams Phone license.
How does Entra ID Conditional Access work with KamoCRM?
Conditional access policies (MFA enforcement, device compliance, network rules) apply at login. KamoCRM respects the auth token lifetime and MFA requirements.
Can we use Exchange on-premises?
Hybrid Exchange (on-premises + M365) is supported. Pure on-premises Exchange requires Exchange Server 2019 with EWS enabled; contact support for configuration.
Does it work with GCC or GCC High tenants?
GCC (Government Community Cloud) is supported on Enterprise tier. GCC High requires custom deployment; contact us for specifics.
